Private Intake Call
A focused first view of route fit, urgency and next action.
A short first view may be enough. More involved matters may need route comparison, document review, settlement planning or referral for regulated advice.
A focused first view of route fit, urgency and next action.
Route comparison, evidence map, timing plan and risk notes.
Document, timeline and evidence-gap analysis before an application or settlement step.
ILR or citizenship readiness review for clients with years invested in the UK.
Partner, dependant and complex family evidence planning across finances, relationship and timing.
Triage and referral where authorised legal advice or representation is required.
Each service answers a different question, so the first step stays proportionate and any later work is easy to justify.

Many clients feel confident because they have read the rules. The paid step is useful when the facts need judgement: timing, documents, sponsor readiness, family members, travel history or a previous refusal.
Sometimes true. But if the route affects settlement, dependants, work rights or a deadline, a short strategy review can prevent a document review being built on the wrong assumption.
Not always. A focused intake may be enough when the question is narrow. A strategy session is better when there are competing routes or consequences to compare.
A large bundle can still be weak if it does not answer the right requirement. The useful work is deciding what the evidence must prove.
A job offer only helps if licence, CoS, salary, role code, hours and timing all work together.
Absences, records and continuity are easier to fix before the application window. Late review can reduce options.
Refusals, appeals, overstaying, asylum or serious status issues may need authorised legal advice or representation.
A client with one practical question may only need intake. A family, sponsor, settlement or refusal issue usually needs a more careful review.
You need to know whether a route is realistic and what the first step should be.
Several routes appear possible, or the wrong choice could affect work, family or settlement.
Income, sponsor, travel, relationship, status or refusal issues need deeper review.
Review what each paid step normally produces, from an intake route snapshot to a strategy note, evidence map and timeline.
Once you have identified a route, deadline or evidence concern, the next step is to match it to the level of review it needs.
